APARTMENTS

The Girona Medieval Suites Apartments are situated in a nice XIV century building, in the centre of the Historic centre of Girona, on the feet of the Cathedral and the Church of Saint Feliu, between the walls which helped Girona to resist the multiple attacks of Napoleon's army. 

The building, documented in the Historical Archive of Girona, keeps the original entry from XIV-XVth century and the stone staircase that goes to the first floor where there are the apartments. This building was already well-known accomodation in 1515 when the Emperor Carles V stayed in what it was Hostal la Pabordia. 

In the XIXth century the central courtyard was reormed and the the staircase restored and 4 flats were build on the top and first floor. In 2010, the Hotel Llegendes de Girona Catedral**** refurbished the accommodations to became the Girona Medieval Suites Apartments, a complementary offer of the hotel.

Right in the center of Costa Brava area, we find Girona. Girona is a magical city which everybody fells in love with. The harmony of the Jewish Quarter, the beautiful church of Sant Feliu, the magnificient Cathedral, the gardens and the walk along makes hard to leave the city. But do not worry you can always go to the statue of the Bottom of the Lyon, where the legends says that if you go there and kiss the ass of the lyon you will, for sure, com back to the city!!

Costa Brava is a superb area with lots to see and lots to do! It is  land of contrast where you have from the mountain area of Camprodon,  the Volcanos of Olot and the well-known Fageda d'en Jordà, to the extremely rugged coast line with a varied relief with a wild appearance. Besides its contrasted landscape, you will find lots of spot linked with history, such as the ruins of Empuries or the small villages situated in a rural setting which are noteworthy for the harmony of the place, to traditional fishing villages or places related with art and culture such as  the Dalinian Triangle.
